Kelly!
Kelly is a businesswoman with real world runs on the board. She grew an SME into a 7-figure business through steady leadership, smart decisions, and a whole lot of hard earned lessons. With 14 years of experience in business, seven years mentoring women, and a Westpac Business Award to her name, she brings a rare mix of commercial insight, grounded leadership, and a deep care for the women she works with. She’s also contributed her expertise while serving on business boards, always bringing a values-led, people-first approach to the table.
Kelly helps established women in business refine and restructure without the burnout or the noise. Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy and personal evolution, underpinned by a degree in Business Psychology and a lifelong obsession with human potential.
Kelly has walked through burnout, betrayal, and business reinvention and come back stronger, clearer, and more aligned than ever. It’s these experiences that make her uniquely positioned to guide other women not just through the what of business, but the who they’re becoming as they grow.
She doesn’t coach from theory. She teaches from the trenches. From lived experience. From having built it, broken it, and rebuilt it again, with more wisdom and less compromise.

Kim is the founder of She Is Unleashed, a thriving women in business networking agency grounded in connection, growth, and heart. The community brings wāhine together through empowering events, weekly meetups, masterclasses and more. But for Kim, it’s more than just a business.
She Is Unleashed is everything she ever imagined, a reflection of her deepest values and upbringing. Raised by a Filipino & Spanish mum who never let anyone leave the house without being fed or cared for, Kim learned early the power of hospitality, generosity, and making people feel seen. Growing up in church also shaped her understanding of community, service, and showing up for others, all of which now live within the heart of SIU.
At 23, Kim launched the residential portfolio arm of Ray White Commercial in Darwin, building it from 10 to 147 properties by the time she left. The high pressure role sharpened her leadership, communication, and strategic thinking, skills she brings into her work today.
Now based in New Zealand and studying a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, Kim brings a people first lens to everything she does. She genuinely loves connecting with people, and while she tries not to make She Is Unleashed her entire identity, the truth is: every part of her her culture, her faith, her heart, is woven into it.
